My Wyze Thermostat screen is stuck on the Wyze logo.

Presents as: You have installed your Wyze Thermostat, but the screen is stuck on the Wyze logo.

 

Troubleshooting: 

 

  1. If you are using the c-wire adapter, please ensure that all the wires are connected to the correct terminal.
    • Make sure there is just one wire per terminal. 
  2. Perform a factory reset, and then try again.
    • To factory reset, press and hold the control wheel for 10 seconds.
  3. Remove and rewire your Wyze thermostat.
    • Wait at least 30 seconds before rewiring after you remove the wiring.
