Problem
Your Wyze Bulb Color turns on unexpectedly, without you turning it on yourself.
Troubleshooting
- Check if you have Sleep Routines enabled.
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Bulb Color > Settings > Sleep Routines.
- Check your other Automations, like Schedules.
- If you have any Automations enabled, they could be set to turn your bulbs on and off automatically. This could be during specific times (Schedules) or if triggered (Automations).
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Color Bulb > Settings > Schedules & Automations.
- Check with your shared users, who can control your bulbs in the Wyze app.
- Check if you have any IFTTT Applets set up.
- Make sure your bulbs aren't in Vacation Mode.
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Color Bulb > Settings > Vacation Mode. Set it to Off.
- Check your other Wyze Bulbs, if you have any installed. Are they affected, too?
- If all bulbs are affected, network stability or power fluctuations might be causing the issue.
- If you have an ASUS brand router, try disabling Airtime Fairness. (Learn more here)
- If only 1-2 bulbs were affected, check the range of the Wyze Bulb Color to the router.
- If all bulbs are affected, network stability or power fluctuations might be causing the issue.
