Wyze Plug Outdoor fails to complete the set up process. The connection times out.
- Check that your phone / tablet is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
This Wyze device does not support 5 GHz Wi-Fi connections.
- Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on during set up.
- Reset the outdoor plug if it continues to fail.
- Long-press one of the power buttons for 5 seconds. Then, retry the setup process in the Wyze app.
