I can't update my Wyze Floor Lamp firmware.

Problem

You're trying to update the firmware for Wyze Floor Lamp, but the update fails.

Troubleshooting

  1. From the fail screen, back out of the Wyze app.
  2. Force close the Wyze app.
  3. Move so that your phone is next to the floor lamp before updating.
  4. In the  Wyze app, tap Wyze Floor Lamp > Settings gear > Device Info > Firmware Version.
  5. Try the firmware update again.
