My Wyze Floor Lamp's cord switch isn't working.

Problem

Your Wyze Floor Lamp is assembled and plugged into a power outlet. When you toggle the cord switch, the light does not turn on.

Troubleshooting

  • Make sure the lamp is plugged securely into the wall socket.
  • Make sure the bulb is seated into the socket.
  • Check that the power outlet has power, and is not on a dimmer switch.

If the tips above check out, unplug the floor lamp from power. Then unscrew the bulb assembly on the lamp and screw it back in. Plug the floor lamp back in before trying the cord switch again.
