- Wyze Window Cam uses a micro-USB to USB-A power cable.
- Wyze Window Cam’s power port is on the back of the camera.
- Press and hold the setup button until you hear “ready to connect”.
- Try plugging the camera into a different power outlet.
- If possible, verify that the status light is not disabled.
- Navigate to the camera’s settings > Advanced Settings.
- Ensure Camera Status Light is toggled on.
- The status light is located on the front of the camera, under the lens.
- The camera status light will be turned off by default after setup to reduce reflections on the glass. It can be turned back on in the Advanced Settings.
- If the camera still does not power on, try another power cable or adapter to determine if the cable or adapter is defective.
