The floor lamp's bulb fails to set up

Problem: Unable to get Wyze Floor Lamp's bulb to set up in the Wyze app successfully.


  1.  Make sure you are following the steps outlined in the Wyze Floor Lamp Setup Guide, here
  2. Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on. Turn it off and turn it back on.
  3. Try factory resetting the floor lamp:
    1. Toggle the power switch on the cord 5 times.
    2. The light will pulse briefly when the lamp is successfully reset. 
    3. Try the setup steps again.
