Setup Troubleshooting


Problem:: The Wyze Sprinkler will not power on for set up; it will not connect to WiFi for setup, won’t set up in the app.



  1. Make sure you have completed the steps listed in the Wyze Sprinkler Installation Guide.  
  2. Make sure your Wyze app is updated to the latest version.
  3. Connect to the 2.4GHz WiFi network.
    • Wyze devices are not compatible with 5GHz WiFi. 
  4. Make sure the power cable is connected.
    • Ensure the C-Wire is properly installed
    • The two C-terminals are the same so you may insert their C-Wire into either one.
