Poor Audio Quality

Presents as:

Static or distorted audio when trying to use the Wyze buds pro.

 

Troubleshooting:

  1. Confirm the Wyze app is up to date.

  2. Confirm the Wyze Buds Pro Firmware is up to date.

  3. Make sure the phone/device's Bluetooth is turned on.

    • Try disconnecting the Bluetooth, and reconnecting.

  4. Move closer to the Bluetooth device.

  5. Make sure the Buds Pro is charged. 

    • Wired Charging: recommended charge time is at least 2 hours. 

    • Charging times using a wireless charging pad will differ depending on the pad used, but the charge time should not vary too much. 

  6. Try a factory reset, and set the Wyze Buds Pro back up in the app.

    • With the Buds in the case, Press and Hold the button for 20 seconds.

  7. Submit a log:

    • In the Wyze app, tap Account > Wyze Support > Submit a log

    • Select the product family.

    • Fill the form accordingly.

    • Confirm send log files is checked off

    • Tap submit
