Troubleshooting

This is a known bug with Zoom that occurs on many brands of earbuds and headphones, including Wyze earbuds and headphones.

If you experience issues while using other apps:

Please use Os version Windows 10+ or Mac OS X+

Make sure the computers Bluetooth setting is connected to the headphones

Make sure you have chosen the headphones as the output microphone instead of the computer's built-in microphone.

Submit a log:

In the Wyze app, tap Account > Wyze Support > Submit a log

Select the product family.

Have the customer fill out the form accordingly.

Confirm send log files is checked off

Tap submit
