Poor Audio quality(Zoom/Apps)

Poor voice quality. Static, distorted sound during zoom calls and/or using apps 

Troubleshooting

 

  • This is a known bug with Zoom that occurs on many brands of earbuds and headphones, including Wyze earbuds and headphones.

  • If you experience issues while using other apps:

    • Please use Os version Windows 10+ or Mac OS X+

    • Make sure the computers Bluetooth setting is connected to the headphones 

    • Make sure you have chosen the headphones as the output microphone instead of the computer's built-in microphone.

  • Submit a log:

    • In the Wyze app, tap Account > Wyze Support > Submit a log

    • Select the product family.

    • Have the customer fill out the form accordingly.

    • Confirm send log files is checked off

    • Tap submit
