My Wyze Buds have poor audio quality during Zoom or app calls.


Audio is distorted or cutting in and out when using Wyze Buds during Zoom or app calls on a computer.


This is a known bug with Zoom and many audio/video chat apps, and unfortunately occurs with many brands of earbuds and headphones. This includes Wyze Buds and Wyze Headphones.

  • If you experience issues while using other apps on your computer:
    • Confirm you are using Windows 10+ or Mac OS X+.
    • Confirm the computer's BluetoothⓇ setting is connected to the headphones.
    • Confirm that you have chosen the earbuds as the output microphone instead of the computer's built-in microphone.
  • Submit a log to our engineers:
    • In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Buds > Settings > Wyze Support > Submit a log.
