Problem
Audio is distorted or cutting in and out when using Wyze Buds during Zoom or app calls on a computer.
Troubleshooting
This is a known bug with Zoom and many audio/video chat apps, and unfortunately occurs with many brands of earbuds and headphones. This includes Wyze Buds and Wyze Headphones.
- If you experience issues while using other apps on your computer:
- Confirm you are using Windows 10+ or Mac OS X+.
- Confirm the computer's BluetoothⓇ setting is connected to the headphones.
- Confirm that you have chosen the earbuds as the output microphone instead of the computer's built-in microphone.
- Submit a log to our engineers:
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Buds > Settings > Wyze Support > Submit a log.
