Alexa doesn't work on my Wyze Buds.

Problem

When you triple-tap on an earbud and talk to Alexa, nothing happens. You're on iOS.

Keep the Amazon Alexa app open in the background on iOS.

The Alexa Built-in feature for Wyze Buds has been optimized for Android. If you're on iOS, you must have the Amazon Alexa app running in the background to talk to Alexa with your Wyze Buds.
