My streaming apps are not working.

Problem

Streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ are not working.

Troubleshooting

Some streaming apps have difficulty running on IPv6 networks. To check if IPv6 is enabled. 

  1. In the Wyze app, go to the router’s settings > Advanced Settings > IP Address > LAN IP > IPv6

If enabled:

  1. Toggle IPv6 off, then the router will reboot.
  2. Reboot the device that is running the streaming app.

If not enabled, please reach out to the streaming app’s customer support team for further assistance.
