Streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ are not working.
Troubleshooting
Some streaming apps have difficulty running on IPv6 networks. To check if IPv6 is enabled.
- In the Wyze app, go to the router’s settings > Advanced Settings > IP Address > LAN IP > IPv6.
If enabled:
- Toggle IPv6 off, then the router will reboot.
- Reboot the device that is running the streaming app.
