Problem
Your Wyze Wireless Gaming Headset will not charge when plugged into power.
Troubleshooting
- Please ensure you’re using the charging cable included with the headset.
- Make sure you’re charging the headset properly.
- Plug the USB-C cable into the USB-C port on the headset.
- Once charging starts, the status light will flash red.
- Once the headset is fully charged, the status light will turn solid red.
- Plug the USB-C cable into the USB-C port on the headset.
- Factory reset your Wyze Wireless Gaming Headset.
- Turn off the headset.
- Once the headset is powered off, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
- The headset will have a “factory reset” voice prompt once the reset is complete.
- If possible, try charging the headset using a different charging cable.
