Problem
When talking to other people, they hear scratchy, distorted, or poor sound quality coming from the microphone on my Wyze Wireless Gaming Headset.
Troubleshooting
Please check the connected device’s audio settings to ensure that the input is set to Wyze Wireless Gaming Headset.
- Try switching between the boom mic and the built-in microphone to see if there is a noticeable difference.
- If there is not a noticeable difference between the two, please try using your computer or phone as the speaker.
