How do I factory reset Wyze Wireless Gaming Headset?

To factory reset the gaming headset:

  1. Turn off the headset by pressing the power button.
  2. With the headset turned off, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
  3. The factory reset is complete when the headset voice prompts "factory reset."
