For the best Wyze Video Doorbell v2 experience, we recommend you keep your firmware up-to-date. Follow the steps below for how to update your Wyze Video Doorbell v2.

To update your Wyze device:

  1. In the Wyze app, tap Account > Firmware Update.
  2. Tap Update next to your device.
    • Don't see Update? You're already up to date! 
    • Update multiple Wyze devices at once by tapping Update[#] at the top of the screen.
