🔔 Wyze Lock can now be controlled directly from the Live stream of your Wyze Video Doorbell v2. Easily lock and unlock your door from the convenience of your doorbell's live stream.
To enable direct lock/unlock on your Wyze Video Doorbell v2:
- Ensure that both Wyze Lock and Wyze Video Doorbell v2 are already set up in the Wyze app.
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Video Doorbell v2.
- Tap the Settings gear > Accessories.
- In the top right corner, tap the + plus symbol.
- Select Wyze Lock, then select the specific device.Â
- The device will be added to Accessories, and the toggle for Enable direct unlocking should be on by default.
- You should now see the lock button in the top right corner of your doorbell's live stream.
To disable or remove your Wyze Lock from Wyze Video Doorbell v2:
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Video Doorbell v2.
- Tap the Settings gear > Accessories.
- Select the connected Wyze Lock.
- Toggle off Enable direct unlocking to remove it from the live stream.
- To completely remove the lock from Accessories, tap Delete at the bottom.
Note: Wyze Lock Bolt is not compatible with Wyze Video Doorbell v2.
