How to change the Wi-Fi details on your Wyze Lock Gateway

Updating the Wi-Fi information for your Wyze Lock can be done easily through the Wyze Lock Gateway settings. 

To change your Wi-Fi details for the Gateway:

  1. In the Wyze app, tap your Gateway on the Home tab.
  2. Tap the Settings gear. 
  3. Tap Update WiFi Network.
    • Your Gateway's status light should start flashing blue/red.
  4. When prompted, select your local 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, then enter your network password.
  5. Tap Next, and wait for your phone to connect to the Gateway via Bluetooth.
    • Your Gateway's status light should start flashing green
  6. When successfully connected to your network, the Gateway's status light will turn solid green.

Once updated, your Wyze Lock Gateway will continue to operate normally. Your Wyze Lock and Keypad should not be impacted, and will still be paired to the Gateway.
