How to add Wyze Lock to your Wyze Video Doorbell feed

Wyze Lock can now be controlled directly from the Wyze Video Doorbell live stream. Lock and unlock your door while viewing your doorbell feed.

To set up Wyze Lock on your Wyze Video Doorbell feed: 

First, ensure that your Wyze Lock and Wyze Video Doorbell are already set up individually. Then:

  1. In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Video Doorbell.
  2. Tap the Settings gear > Accessories.
  3. In the top right corner, tap the “+” symbol.
  4. Select Wyze Lock, then select the specific device. 
  5. The device will be added to Accessories, and the “Enable direct unlocking” toggle should be on by default.
  6. You should now see the lock button in the top right corner of your doorbell feed.

Disable or remove your Wyze Lock from Wyze Video Doorbell

  1. In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Video Doorbell.
  2. Tap the Settings gear > Accessories.
  3. Select the Wyze Lock.
  4. To disable the lock button from appearing on your doorbell feed, toggle off “Enable direct unlocking”.
  5. To remove the lock from Accessories, tap Delete at the bottom.
