Problem
Your Wyze devices are showing as unresponsive in the Amazon Alexa app. They are connected to Wi-Fi and powered, and they are online in the Wyze app.
Troubleshooting
- In the Wyze app, tap More > Skills & Games.
- Scroll and tap Your Skills.
- Tap on Wyze > Settings > Disable Skill.
- Tap Disable to confirm.
- Once disabled, tap on Enable to Use for the Wyze skill.

Sign back into your Wyze account, and tap Done.
- You may need to grant account permissions to Alexa again.
Note: You may need to re-sync your products to the Amazon Alexa app once you have re-linked the accounts.
