Alexa shows Wyze devices as unresponsive

Problem

Your Wyze devices are showing as unresponsive in the Amazon Alexa app. They are connected to Wi-Fi and powered, and they are online in the Wyze app.

Troubleshooting

  1. In the Wyze app, tap More > Skills & Games.
  2. Scroll and tap Your Skills.
  3. Tap on Wyze > Settings > Disable Skill.
  4. Tap Disable to confirm.
  5. Once disabled, tap on Enable to Use for the Wyze skill.
  6. Sign back into your Wyze account, and tap Done
    • You may need to grant account permissions to Alexa again. 
Note: You may need to re-sync your products to the Amazon Alexa app once you have re-linked the accounts.
