Alexa shows Wyze devices as unresponsive

If your Wyze devices are showing as unresponsive in the Amazon Alexa app, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Open the Amazon Alexa app.
  2. Tap on the three lines in the upper left-hand corner.
  3. Tap on Skills & Games.
  4. Tap on Your Skills.
  5. Tap on Wyze and then Disable Skill.
  6. Tap on Disable.
  7. Once disabled, tap on Enable to Use for the Wyze skill.
  8. Sign back into your Wyze account and tap Accept.
Note: You may need to re-sync your products to the Amazon Alexa app once you have re-synced the accounts.
