Problem
Your Wyze Power Bank is not providing power to the camera or Wyze Car.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure the camera is powered using the power cable that came with the camera.
- Verify that Wyze Power Bank is fully charged and powered on.
- It takes 6 hours to charge from 0-100%.
- The status light will have 4 solid white lights once fully charged.
- Ensure the power cable is securely inserted into both the camera and the power bank.
- If possible, try an alternate power source or cable/adapter.
- If possible, try an alternate camera.
- Note: Only Wyze Cam v2 can be used as a Car Cam.
