How do I factory reset Wyze Mesh Router?

To factory reset Wyze Mesh Router:

On the root or satellite mesh router:

1. On the back of the mesh router, locate the reset pinhole.
2. Insert a paper clip or similar into the pinhole for 15 seconds.
3. The status light on the mesh router will change during the reset process.
   • It will flash orange while the reset is in progress.
   • It will flash white when ready to be set up again.

In the Wyze app:

1. From the Home tab, tap on your Wyze Mesh Router, then tap the specific mesh router you want to reset.
2. Tap into the Settings > Advanced Setting > Factory Default > Reset.
3. The status light on the mesh router will change during the reset process.
   • It will flash orange while the reset is in progress.
   • It will flash white when ready to be set up again.
