You can mount the floodlight on a ceiling/overhang or on the wall, as long as you have a junction box and neutral wire.
To position your Wyze Cam Floodlight Pro from a ceiling/overhang:
- Ensure you have a functional junction box in the location you plan to use your device. If you do not have an existing junction box, please contact a licensed electrician.
- Refer to the label on the joint arm behind the camera.
- Rotate the camera 180°, making sure that the E and arrows are in alignment.
- Do not rotate the camera past this point or completely around as this may twist or break the connection line.
- Adjust the angle of the camera so it is parallel to the ground.
- Follow the standard installation process in our Wyze Cam Floodlight Pro Installation Guide.
- Rotate and tilt the floodlight so it points where you want it.
