The status light on your Wyze Chime Pro is not lit, doesn't light up when connected to power.
- Power cycle the chime.
- Unplug the chime from the power outlet for 5-10 seconds, then plug it back in.
- Factory reset the chime.
- Send an app log from your doorbell's Settings > Wyze Support > Submit a Log.
- Press and hold the reset button on the side of the chime for 3-5 seconds until "reset successfully" prompts.
- Follow the prompts in the app to set up the doorbell and chime as new.
