Important: Update your Wyze app to 2.45+ ASAP

Starting May 16, 2024, the login function on older versions (2.44 and below) of the Wyze app will no longer be supported. If you haven't updated your app, you will not be able to log in until you do.

What you'll need to do:

  1. Check your Wyze app version to ensure you have at version 2.45 or above.
    • If your app is already up-to-date, no action needed.
  2. Update the Wyze app to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play store.
    • Updating your app will ensure continued access to your Wyze app and all its features.
  3. Review your account.
    • After updating, log in to the Wyze app to ensure that it is functioning as expected.
