What is the difference between a log submission and a support ticket?

A log sends diagnostic info to our engineers, while a support ticket sends a message to our support agents so we can get back to you!

  • Sent using the Submit a Log form in the Wyze app.
  • Includes diagnostic logs and technical information from the Wyze app and your device.
  • Goes to our engineers for review, if needed.
  • Does not receive a response.
  • Does not go to our support team.
  • Cannot be reviewed or managed by our support team.

Support ticket

  • Created at support.wyze.com or in the Wyze app using our chatbot.
  • Includes your detailed email, chat, or phone call transcript with your support issue.
  • Goes directly to our support team for review and management.
  • You will receive a response ASAP from one of our agents.
  • Check your spam and junk folders if you haven't heard from us.
