What happens when I submit a log?

Your log is sent to select Wyze engineers. You will not receive a reply.

Thank you so much for submitting a log from the Wyze app! The details of your report from the Wyze app were filed along with some tech info, and is accessible to select Wyze engineers using the log ID.

Does Wyze Support see my log? Answer: No.

Wyze Support does NOT receive your log, and cannot view or review it. To reach a support agent, please use our phone, chat, or email options on our Contact Us page. You can also use the chat option on the bottom right of this screen to reach us. 

When you reach an agent, that agent will not be able to find or review your log in any way. They will add your log ID to your support ticket if you provide it.

How are my diagnostic logs used?

Log submissions help our engineers improve the Wyze app, our Wyze products and other services, and help track trends. If Wyze Support notices an increase in reports of a specific issue or bug, our agents will then collect Log IDs to share with select Wyze engineers to investigate.

A diagnostic log is not a support ticket email, and will not be received by Wyze Support.
