I'm not able to log into the Wyze app after 5/16/24

Problem

You attempt to log into the Wyze app, but you get an "incorrect username and password" error message. Your login details are correct, but may be on an older Wyze app version.

Troubleshooting

As of May 16, 2024, all Wyze app versions below 2.45 will not be able to be logged into. If you're using Wyze app version 2.44 or below, you must update your app to log in.

  1. Update the Wyze app to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play store.
    • Updating your app will ensure continued access to your Wyze app and all its features.
  2. Review your account.
    • After updating, log in to your account to ensure that all your data is intact and secure.
