If your videos and events display the wrong time, you can sync time in the Wyze app and your mobile device.
To sync the time in the Wyze app:
- In the Wyze app, tap to open your Wyze Cam.
- Tap Settings > Advanced Settings.
- Tap Sync to adjust your Wyze Cam time to your phone or tablet's time.
Note: This works on most Wyze Cam and Wyze Cam Pan devices. Notification times will not function properly in time zones that use uneven UTC offsets that differ by 30 to 45 minutes from the usual one-hour time zone interval.
👉 Is the time still not syncing properly? Check that your mobile device's Date & Time settings are correct.
