My Wyze Scale Ultra is not turning on.

Problem

The screen on your Wyze Scale Ultra does not light up when you step on it.

Troubleshooting

  1. Ensure that the batteries are installed correctly in the scale, with the positive sides aligned with positive and negative aligned with negative.
  2. Make sure you are using four 1.5V AAA batteries.
  3. Try alternate batteries, if possible.
