Poor audio quality

If you are experiencing poor audio quality, try the following steps:

  1. Confirm that the phone or tablet communicating to the camera is not in the range to pick up the audio from the camera itself. This will create a feedback loop that will continue until the audio is disrupted. For instance, try going into another room and see if it gets rid of the feedback. 
  2. Temporarily move the camera closer to your router, if audio improves it is likely a connectivity issue.

If none of this works, please submit an app log. You can do this withIn the Wyze app.  Go to My Account -> Help & Feedback -> tap Report an Issue to start a support ticket.
