Problem
Your Wyze Cam v1/v2 or Pan v1 is plugged into power but it is not turning on. The status light doesn't light up and there are no voice prompts during setup.

Important: Wyze Cam v1/v2 and Wyze Cam Pan v1 were released prior to 2018. Troubleshoot power issues for Wyze Cam v4 and Wyze Cam v3 Pro here.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure you are using the cord and adapter that came with your Wyze Cam v1/v2.

If you’re able to, try switching out the cord and/or adapter to see if the camera powers on.
- If it does not, the power cable and/or adapter may be defective.

Try plugging your camera into a different power outlet.
- If the camera turns on, then the power outlet may not have power.
- If using a different cord or power outlet doesn't help, please reach out to support for more help.

Solid yellow light | The device is powered and initializing. |
Flashing yellow light | The device is ready to connect. |
Flashing yellow and blue light | Connection is in progress. |
Flashing blue light | The device is connected and finishing setup. |
Solid blue light | The device is working properly. |
If plugging your Wyze Cam v1/v2 into a different outlet or switching to a different cord/adapter doesn't help, your camera may need to be replaced. Reach out to support for more help!
