There is no sound in my recordings.

Problem

When watching your recorded Event videos, you are unable to hear the sound.

Troubleshooting

If you are not hearing sound in your recordings, try making sure that Record Sound is turned on by following these steps:

  1. Enter the live stream for the camera in question.
  2. Tap on the settings icon SettingsGear__1_.png in the upper-right corner and navigate to Advanced Settings.
  3. If the Record sound option is toggled onToggleOn__1_.png , tap to toggle off ToggleOff.png
  4. If the Record sound option is toggled off ToggleOff.png, toggle the switch onToggleOn__1_.pngand back off ToggleOff.png.
  5. If there is still no sound on the recordings, please perform a factory reset on the camera and re-setup the camera.
