For Android users (Needs Permission):
- Open your phone or tablet's settings and locate the Wyze app. This can normally be found under the Apps settings.
- Once in the Wyze app's settings, navigate to Permissions.
- Confirm that Storage permission is allowed.
- If the issue continues, please submit a Feedback Log from the Wyze app, so that we can further investigate the issue.
For iOS users (Access Denied):
- Open your phone or tablet's settings and scroll down the settings list until you locate the Wyze app.
- Selecting the app, under Allow Wyze to Access to confirm that Photos have Read & Write access.
- If the issue continues, please submit a Feedback Log from the Wyze app, so that we can further investigate the issue.
