The Wyze app login screen is not loading.


You tap to open the Wyze app and log in, but the screen doesn't load. It's stuck on the Wyze logo.

What it means:

The login server is unable to be reached. You may see a brief popup error stating that no internet connection has been detected. 


  1. Try to reboot your phone or tablet, to refresh your network connection.
    • To reboot your phone, turn the phone all the way off and then turn the phone back on.
  2. If the above step fails, make sure that you're on a stable internet connection. If possible, try switching between networks (Wi-Fi to mobile data or mobile data to Wi-Fi). This will help to identify whether a specific network is the cause of the problem.
