You tap to open the Wyze app and log in, but the screen doesn't load. It's stuck on the Wyze logo.
What this means:
The login server is unable to be reached. You may see a brief popup error stating that no internet connection has been detected.
- Try to reboot your phone or tablet, to refresh your network connection.
- To reboot your phone, turn the phone all the way off and then turn the phone back on.
- If the above step fails, make sure that you're on a stable internet connection. If possible, try switching between networks (Wi-Fi to LTE or LTE to Wi-Fi). This will help to identify whether a specific network is the cause of the problem.
