Once you've set up your Wyze Palm Lock, you can set up an access code! An access code is an optional PIN that you enter on the keypad to unlock the door.

To set up an access code for Wyze Palm Lock:
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Palm Lock.
- Go to Settings > Access and Sharing.
- Tap on the user you want to add an access code for, then Access Code.
- Enter a 4-8 digit code, then tap Next.
- Enter your access code again, then tap Next.
- Tap the back arrow <. Your settings will be saved.
Follow these same steps if you want to reset an access code for a user.
To reset a Wyze Palm Lock access code:
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Palm Lock.
- Go to Settings > Access and Sharing.
- Tap on the user you want to reset the code for.
- Tap Reset.
- You must enter a new 4-8 digit code, then tap Next.
- Copy and Share the code, then tap Done.
- Copy and Share the code if you want, or else tap Done.
- Tap the back arrow <. Your settings will be saved.
Follow these same steps if you want to change or update an access code for a user.
Additional Notes
- The access code is saved to your locally and will not be visible in the app once saved.
- Access codes must be between 4-8 digits long.
- Access codes are encrypted and stored locally on your Wyze Palm Lock.
- Wyze does not have access to your access code, Access History, or palm vein recognition data.
- Up to 50 access codes can be added per device.
