My Wyze Scale Ultra BodyScan will not power on.

Problem

The screen on your Wyze Scale Ultra BodyScan will not turn on when you step on it.

Troubleshooting

  1. Ensure that the batteries are installed correctly in the scale, with the positive sides aligned with positive and the negative sides aligned with negative.
  2. Make sure the batteries being used are four 1.5V AAA batteries.
  3. If already set up, ensure Power Saver Mode is disabled.
    1. In the Wyze app, go to Wyze Scale Ultra BodyScan’s settings.
    2. Toggle off Power Saver Mode.
  4. Try alternate batteries, if possible.
