My Wyze Sense Hub won't power on.


Your Wyze Sense Hub won't power on, has no status light, or is unresponsive.


  1. Ensure your Wyze Sense Hub is plugged securely into a power outlet.
    1. If it is, try using a different power outlet.
  2. Make sure you are using the power cable that comes with your Wyze Sense Hub.
    1. If you are and your hub still won't power on, try a different power cable.
