All Wyze devices have a handy status light that helps determine what state the device is in. You'll find the status light(s) on the top of your Wyze Sense Hub.
Status Light Guide
- One solid white light: The monitoring system is connected to the network.
- Multiple flashing lights: The system is trying to connect or is downloading firmware updates.
- No lights, lights off: The hub is powered off or has no power.
