Problem
Your system was triggered, but you never received a call or text from Noonlight.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm your phone number is up to date.
- You can check this in the Wyze app by going to the Monitoring tab > navigating to the Cam Protect/Wyze Home Monitoring settings > My information > Phone Number.
- If you've recently updated your phone number in the Wyze app, check that you've received a verification code from Wyze.
- Ensure that your phone is not in Do Not Disturb mode.
- Verify that you are receiving calls and texts from other people.
- Check that the system was armed at the time and that an alarm was triggered.
- Confirm that the sensor that triggered the alarm was assigned to the mode your system was armed in.
- Navigate to the Monitoring tab then tap on the home monitoring settings.
- Tap Home & Away.
- Ensure your Wyze Home Monitoring Subscription is still active.
- Navigate to the Monitoring tab then tap on the home monitoring settings.
- Tap Subscriptions.
