Problem
You don't hear any sounds or voice prompts from your Wyze Sense Hub.
Troubleshooting
- Power cycle your Wyze Sense Hub.
- Quickly press and release the reset button on the back of the device.
- Verify that the status light is flashing white then walk through setting up the hub like new.
- The status light will be solid white once connected.
- If there are no lights, try using a different power cable.
- It is usually recommended to use the cable that comes with your device.
