If the audio from your Wyze Cam Outdoor is distorted, too loud or muted, or otherwise not quite right, try the troubleshooting on this page.
To troubleshoot poor audio quality:
- Check the camera's connectivity. Move the camera closer to the Base Station.
- If audio improves it is likely a connectivity issue. Place the camera closer to the Base Station.
- If the check above doesn't help, use your mobile device to record an audio sample.
- Open a support ticket, include the recording, and we will reach out to offer additional support.
