Poor Audio Quality

If the audio from your Wyze Cam Outdoor is distorted, too loud or muted, or otherwise not quite right, try the troubleshooting on this page.

To troubleshoot poor audio quality:

  1. Check the camera's connectivity. Move the camera closer to the Base Station.
    • If audio improves it is likely a connectivity issue. Place the camera closer to the Base Station.
  2. If the check above doesn't help, use your mobile device to record an audio sample. 
  3. Open a support ticket, include the recording, and we will reach out to offer additional support.
