I hear no audio when viewing the recording on a computer.

Depending on the media player you're using, you may not hear audio if you're viewing a video created by your Wyze Cam Outdoor on a computer.

Example: The default media player for Windows does not have the correct audio codec for Wyze, but this can be fixed by downloading and installing the VLC Media Player and using it to view your videos.
