Problem
You step on your Wyze Scale but it doesn't turn on; the screen doesn't light up.
Troubleshooting
- Check that the batteries are installed correctly in the back panel of the device, then step on the scale to check if the screen activates.
- Replace the batteries, then step on the scale again.
- Wyze Scale uses four AAA batteries.
Note: Ensure the batteries are Alkaline batteries, as lithium-ion or rechargeable batteries may impact the scale’s functionality.
