If your Wyze Scale encounters an issue, it will display one of the error messages below:
- - - -%: Suspected error. Please step on the scale with bare feet and clean the scale with a damp cloth, if needed.
- Er0: Module connection error. Please reinstall the batteries.
- Er1: Weight not in supported range. Please measure again.
- Note: Wyze Scale has a weight range of 11-400lb (5-180kg).
- Er2: Unstable measurement. Try again while standing still.
- Er3: Hardware error. Please reinstall the batteries.
- Er4: Firmware update error. Please try again.
- Er5: App connection error. Please restart the app and try again.
- [Battery icon stays on]: The batteries are low. Please replace the batteries.
- [Battery icon flickering]: The batteries are critically low. Please replace the batteries.
