Wyze Scale Error Messages

If your Wyze Scale encounters an issue, it will display one of the error messages below. 

- - -%: Suspected error. Please step on the scale bare feet and clean the scale with damp cloth if needed.

Er0: Module connection error. Please reinstall the batteries.

Er1: Weight not in supported range. Please measure again. See: What is the weight range?

Er2: Unstable measurement. Try again while standing still.

Er3: Hardware error. Please reinstall the batteries.

Er4: Firmware update error. Please try again.

Er5: App connection error. Please restart the app and try again. 

[Battery icon stays on]: The batteries are low. Please replace the batteries.

[Battery icon flickering]: The batteries are critically low. Please replace the batteries.
