All firmware updates are managed in the Wyze app. Make sure you're on the latest version to have the best experience with your Wyze product.
To update your Wyze Scale firmware:
- In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Scale, then the settings gear.
- In Scale Settings, tap Device Info > Update.
- Don't see Update? Then your firmware is already up to date!
Important: Bluetooth-enabled devices (Wyze Scale, Lock, and Band) must be upgraded on their individual product settings pages. They cannot be upgraded on the Account > Firmware Update screen.
