My headphones are not responding to touch controls

Problem

The touch controls for Wyze Headphones do not work or are not responding. This includes tapping and covering the right ear cup.

Troubleshooting Tips

If you were able to use the touch controls during set up, or you skipped the step:

  1. Try deleting, then setting up your Wyze Headphones again. 
    1. If you were able to use the touch controls during setup, or skipped this step initially, setting them up again may help. 
    2. In the Wyze app, tap on your Wyze Headphones > Settings gear > Delete Device > OK. Then follow the Wyze Headphones Setup Guide
  2. Still no luck with the touch controls? There may be an issue with your headphones. Contact our support team for more help.
